Crispy Turmeric Fried Egg

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbs avocado oil

Method
 

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil and turmeric, stirring as it melts to create a slurry.
  3. Crack the eggs into the slurry and immediately turn the heat to low.
  4. Cook until the whites are no longer runny.
