Preheat waffle iron
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to fully combine.
Spray the waffle maker with cooking oil.
Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the heated waffle maker, and allow to cook for 1-3 minutes or until the waffle maker notifies you that it is done.
Repeat with remaining batter
Top with all your favorites like fresh fruit and maple syrup!
Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months
