Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbs coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron
  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to fully combine.
  • Spray the waffle maker with cooking oil.
  • Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the heated waffle maker, and allow to cook for 1-3 minutes or until the waffle maker notifies you that it is done.
  • Repeat with remaining batter
  • Top with all your favorites like fresh fruit and maple syrup!
  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months
