- 3 tbs maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup nut butter can sub any nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs dairy-free milk almond, coconut, etc
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or sub 1/2 a chopped chocolate bar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 325F
Whisk together the egg, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and nut butter
stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.
Lightly spray an 8in cast iron skillet and pour the batter in, spreading evenly with a silicone spatula.
Place into the oven for 19 minutes and then switch to broil and bake for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown
