Simple Gluten-Free Waffles (Dairy-free, Refined Sugar Free)

- 1 Waffle Maker
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbs coconut oil melted
- 3 tbs honey
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to fully combine.
