Two Ingredient Paleo Flourless Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a waffle iron
  • In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana.
  • Crack the eggs into the bowl, and whisk to combine the eggs and the banana until a batter forms.
  • Pour the batter onto the waffle iron.
  • Be careful not to fill it too full, the egg will puff up significantly.
  • Remove from the waffle iron and serve with fruit and almond butter for an easy breakfast!
