Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies
These oatmeal raisin cookies are sure to be gone just as quickly as they come out of the oven! They're super easy to make and are deliciously scrumptious.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment papaer
- Cream together the butter and sugars in a large bowl with a hand mixer or with a standing mixer
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing again until combine. Set bowl aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
- Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl with the wet ingredients, mixing again to fully combine
- Finally add the oatmeal and raisins, stirring with a soon until distributed evenly
- Scoop onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes
- Enjoy before they're all gone!
