Vanilla Bean + Cinnamon Roasted Japanese Sweet Potato Fries with Dairy-free Honey Butter Dip

Ingredients
- 2 large japanese sweet potatoes, sliced length wise into fries
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Sea salt
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs ghee, clarified butter (a dairy-free version of butter)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat sweet potato fries with avocado oil, season with vanilla bean powder, cinnamon and sea salt.
- Bake for 30 min. While the fries are cooking, combine the cinnamon, honey, almond butter, and ghee (melting can make this easier).
- Serve the fries hot or cold with the honey-butter dip.
