Two Ingredient Whole 30 Savory Cauliflower Waffles

Two Ingredient Savory Cauliflower Waffle (Whole 30/Paleo)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: 1 tbs freshly chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Spray preheated waffle maker with olive oil spray, then pour the mixture in, spreading out evenly.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Top with an egg and enjoy
