Ingredients
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 egg
- Optional: 1 tbs freshly chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Spray preheated waffle maker with olive oil spray, then pour the mixture in, spreading out evenly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Top with an egg and enjoy
