Two Ingredient Paleo Flourless Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat a waffle iron
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana.
  3. Crack the eggs into the bowl, and whisk to combine the eggs and the banana until a batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron.
  5. Be careful not to fill it too full, the egg will puff up significantly.
  6. Remove from the waffle iron and serve with fruit and almond butter for an easy breakfast!
