
Two Ingredient Paleo Flourless Waffles

Method
- Preheat a waffle iron
- In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl, and whisk to combine the eggs and the banana until a batter forms.
- Pour the batter onto the waffle iron.
- Be careful not to fill it too full, the egg will puff up significantly.
- Remove from the waffle iron and serve with fruit and almond butter for an easy breakfast!
