The Key to the Crispiest Sweet Potato Fries
Recipe Type: Sides

Cook time: 35 mins
Total time: 40 mins
Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil, or avocado oil spray
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then slice into 1-inch strips.
  2. Coat with avocado oil and seasoning.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Stirring at 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Place in the airfryer and cook for 5 minutes at 365 F, take the basket out and give it a good shake.
  6. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes
  7. For that extra crisp factor, turn the temperature to 400 F and let cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately
