Garlic Stuffed Olive Gyro Lamb & Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 1 lbs ground lamb (or sub beef)
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 small jar of garlic stuffed olives, sliced (about 1-2x meatball)
- 1/4 tsp each of dried oregano and dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder
- 1 tbs of red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat the avocado oil in a 12-in cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into balls (approximately 24 total).
- Place into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes each side, until browned. Then transfer to the oven for 15 min.
- Serve with pasta sauce and noodles, lentil soup, etc.
