Extra Crispy Breakfast Potato Hash Using the Air-Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1 tbs avocado oil, or avocado oil spray
- 1/4 tsp garlic power
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh cracker pepper
- Air-Fryer
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then dice into 1 inch cubes.
- Coat with avocado oil and seasoning.
- Place in air fryer basket and set the temperature to 365 F
- Cook for 15 minutes, take the basket out and give it a good shake.
- Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for another 10-15 minutes, checking and shaking every 5 minutes.
- For that extra crisp factor, turn the temperature to 400 F and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Eat immediately with your brunch spread.
