Extra Crispy Breakfast Potato Hash Using the Air-Fryer

Extra Crispy Breakfast Potato Hash Using the Air-Fryer

Total time: 35 mins
Serves: 2
The perfect side to go with eggs and bacon for brunch!
Ingredients
  • 2 medium white potatoes
  • 1 tbs avocado oil, or avocado oil spray
  • 1/4 tsp garlic power
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fresh cracker pepper
  • Air-Fryer
Instructions
  1. Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then dice into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Coat with avocado oil and seasoning.
  3. Place in air fryer basket and set the temperature to 365 F
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, take the basket out and give it a good shake.
  5. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for another 10-15 minutes, checking and shaking every 5 minutes.
  6. For that extra crisp factor, turn the temperature to 400 F and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Eat immediately with your brunch spread.
