Chunky Walnut Banana Bread

Chunky Walnut Banana Bread

This banana bread with lots of chunky walnuts is too good for words!
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter (can sub vegan butter)
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups of All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or by using oil and flour.
  2. Using a standing mixer or a large bowl, first cream together the butter and the sugar.
  3. Next add the vanilla, bananas (mashed in another bowl if not using a mixer) and eggs to the bowl and stir/mix into the batter.
  4. Then add in the flour, baking soda and salt, stirring/mixing into the batter
  5. Fold in the walnuts and then pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Place in the oven for 60 min – 75 min based on whether or not you can stick a knife in the loaf and it come out clean. Enjoy!!
