Air-Fried Rotisserie Chicken in Only an Hour

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tbs avocado oil, or butter
- 1 tbs favorite chicken seasoning
- Air-Fryer
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry whole chicken
- Coat with oil and season with your favorite seasonings
- Set into the basket belly side down and place into the air fryer for 30 minutes at 350°F
- Rotate the chicken onto its back and place back into the air fryer for another 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Check internal temperature of the breasts for 160°F to ensure doneness.
- If not done, place back into the air fryer for intervals of 5-10 minutes until the temperature rises.
- Remove from the basket and let cool on a plate for 10 minutes before serving.
