15 Minute Steak and Snow Pea Stir-Fry (Paleo, Whole-30, Low-Carb)

Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbs avocado oil
- 1 strip steak, sliced @butcher_box
- 1 package snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp tapioca flour
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil on medium-high heat in a skillet. Then add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add the beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside in a bowl
- Add bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and sauté 1 minute. Add the beef back to the skillet.
- Mix together sesame oil, coconut aminos, sriracha and rice vinegar in a bowl and pour into the skillet. Stir to combine. Add the tapioca flour to thicken.
- Serve over cauliflower rice with scallions and sesame seeds
